The police stopped a young moped rider in a dangerous manner in Tuusula on Saturday evening.

A police car drove in front of a moped rider, causing the moped to skid off the road and crash into a fence. Police say the moped rider suffered minor injuries.

The police chased the moped rider, but have not said why.

The prosecutor is investigating the police’s actions.

Budget proposal

The Ministry of Finance has made a proposal for Finland’s budget for next year.

The total budget in the proposal is approximately 92 billion euros, which is how much money the state will spend next year.

The budget is in deficit by approximately 13 billion euros, meaning Finland must take on that much new debt.

The full government will discuss the budget proposal in early September.

The search was organized because the Wolt company is revamping its courier operations.

In the future, each driver must have their own courier account. A courier account cannot be replaced, rented or sold to another courier.

The note was introduced on Wednesday. More than a thousand young people immediately applied for it.

The study voucher is intended for young people who were left without a study place in the joint application. Young people can use the voucher to study for free at an open university.

The study voucher is an experiment by the Ministry of Education and Culture that will last 3 years.

The band Eppu Normaali has played its last gig.

The concert was held on Saturday evening at the Ratina Stadium in Tampere. It was attended by about 30,000 people. The concert lasted over 4 hours.

Eppu Normaali is one of Finland’s most popular rock bands. The band’s career lasted 50 years.

Yle recorded Eppu’s last gig. It will be shown on TV1 and Areena on Finnish Independence Day in December.

Tove Jansson was a writer and artist. She is best remembered for the Moomin characters.

Today marks 112 years since the birth of Tove Jansson. Jansson died in 2001.
