Auer and Ihle’s serious criminal charges were dismissed

First, news about a special trial in Finland.

The District Court today dismissed all charges against Anneli Auer and Jens Ihle for serious sexual and violent crimes.

According to the district court, there was no evidence of the crimes.

In 2013, the Court of Appeal sentenced Auer and Ihle to prison for the same sexual and violent crimes.

Auer’s children had reported the crimes. Auer and Ihle were in prison for many years.

Later, Auer’s children said that they had lied. The Supreme Court decided to overturn Auer and Ihle’s conviction for perjury.

However, the case went back to court.

Today, the District Court dismissed all charges of serious crimes against Anneli Auer and Jens Ihle.

The new verdict can still be appealed to the Court of Appeal.

Estonian President visits Finland

Next news about the Estonian President’s visit to Finland.

Estonian President Alar Karis is visiting Finland. He discussed the Russian threat with Finnish President Alexander Stubb yesterday.

Estonian President Karis wants Finland and Estonia to develop drone defense together.

The presidents also talked about Ukraine.

Both presidents said that Ukraine should also join the military alliance NATO.

Many organizations are worried about money
