There were just over 160 passengers on the plane. 70 of them were children.
Otso Friström was on the flight with his family. They have lived in Dubai for 13 years. Friström says that things are safer in Finland now, however.

The new Supreme Leader is 56-year-old Mojtaba Khamenei.
Mojtaba Khamenei is the son of the previous Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. The elder Khamenei was killed in US and Israeli strikes.
The Supreme Leader decides Iran’s policies and the use of military force. Experts say Mojtaba Khamenei is a hard-line leader.
Iran has a new Supreme Leader. The choice was made by Iran’s religious leaders.
